- Information We Collect
A. Account Information (Google OAuth)
When you enable “Cloud Sync” using Google Sign-In, we receive specific information from Google:

Email Address: Used as a unique identifier to manage your cloud backups.
•
Profile ID & Token: A secure, unique identifier provided by Google to authenticate your session.
•
Scope: We only request access to your basic profile and email. We do not access your contacts, files, or any other private data from your Google account.
B. Subscription Data
The core data of the App (subscription names, costs, renewal dates, and notes) is stored:

Locally: On your device’s internal storage.
•
Cloud (Optional): If you enable Cloud Sync, your data is encrypted and stored securely on Google Firebase servers to allow synchronization across your devices.
C. Technical & Usage Data
We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device model, operating system version, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.
- Third-Party Services
To provide full functionality, SubTrackPau integrates with the following third-party services:

Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and security.

Google Firebase: Used for secure data storage, authentication, and cloud synchronization.

Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to personalize ads for you.

- Security and Biometrics
Your security is our priority.

Biometric Lock: If you enable the biometric lock feature, the authentication is handled entirely by the Android System APIs. SubTrackPau never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometric data (fingerprint or face recognition).

Data Encryption: Cloud-synced data is handled via secure HTTPS protocols and encrypted at rest on Firebase servers.
- Data Retention and Deletion Rights
You have full control over your data:

Local Data: You can delete all local data by clearing the app’s cache/storage in your Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

Cloud Data: You can request the deletion of your cloud-synced data at any time by contacting us at the support email provided below.

GDPR & CCPA: We respect your rights to access, rectify, and erase your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top.
